In October 2021, Suzhou TrionSight Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s TS-C series spectral confocal displacement sensors obtained a calibration certificate from the National Institute of Metrology of China, with a calibration result of 0.019% linearity accuracy for the product, reaching a leading level in the industry!


This certificate verifies the product parameters of the mass-produced spectral confocal displacement sensors by Vision Intelligence, affirming the company's R&D capabilities and production level in the field of photoelectric precision measurement sensors.

The National Institute of Metrology of China is the highest national research center for metrological science and a national statutory metrological technical institution. It bears the important and honorable missions of ensuring the unification of national measurement values and international consistency, maintaining the highest national measurement capabilities, supporting the improvement of national development quality, and addressing challenges from the new technological revolution. It is responsible for the research and construction of the national measurement system, the transfer of measurement values, and the traceability system.


During this calibration work, the National Institute of Metrology referred to the NIM-ZY-NM-NM-038 micro-nano displacement positioning platform calibration specification and JJF 1305-2011 linear displacement sensor calibration specification to calibrate and test the linearity and static noise of the TronSight Intelligent TS-C4000F spectral confocal displacement sensor. The calibration results indicate that the linearity of the product is 0.019%, and the static noise is 26nm. Compared with similar products globally, TronSight's product performance reaches the industry-leading level.


The TS-C4000F is a spectral confocal displacement sensor product independently developed and produced by TronSight.
