Measurement of aluminum shell thickness of lithium-ion battery

TS-C series spectral confocal displacement sensor

With the mass production and use of square shell batteries and cylindrical batteries, the requirements for the dimensional accuracy of individual original batteries are becoming increasingly stringent. Precise measurements of the length, thickness, height, and pole column height of the battery shape are needed. Currently, measurement devices typically use contact-type gauges to touch the surface of the battery for measurement, or use non-contact optical rangefinders to irradiate the surface of the battery for measurement. The TS-C series spectral confocal displacement sensor from Vision Intelligence can achieve radial light emission specifications to meet the lateral measurement needs in narrow spaces, and can realize thickness measurement by pairing with opposite fixtures.
